What message would you like to send young women that want to start a business or follow their creative passion?
A: "The message that I would like to send is to Dream big, work hard and to keep learning.
Dreams do come true but you have to work really hard for them.
Starting is always the hardest part. You might not get the support you wish you had. People may question your decisions. Use this to fuel your dream. If there is a will, there is a way!
it is important to embrace mistakes.
Things might not happen the way we plan and that’s ok. But the main things is to learn from our mistakes in a positive way.
Keep educating yourself so you can always be the better version of you!
Never think that you know it all. There are always things out there that we can learn or get better at!

Q: How do you see yourself in the future and where do you want to go with The Hive and My Sweet Canella?
A: While I try to keep up with two businesses,
I’m still learning and finding ways to improve!
Retail is a different kind of challenge. Maybe going back to school and get a Master’s in Business Administration degree.
As for My Sweet Cannella, I would love to see my brand reach regional recognition.
I continue to embrace my Mexican background and look to share that beauty through My Sweet Cannella.
For The Hive, I would love to expand to more storefronts.
It’s been a wonderful opportunity not just for myself, but to personally work with other small businesses and give them a platform to grow.
Dulce, thank you for inspiring
women to dream big and to work hard, without forgetting where we came from.
Thank you for supporting local businesses like ours!
